Guided by Amber, a trauma-informed breathwork coach, this session is designed to help you release the tension of the week with a midweek reset. You’ll practice conscious connected breathing in a beautiful environment, harnessing the power of your breath to bring clarity, calm, and renewal.

I understand that breathwork involves guided breathing techniques that may result in strong emotional and physical experiences. I am aware that these practices are not a substitute for medical treatment or therapy.

2. Health and Safety

I confirm that I am physically, emotionally, and mentally able to participate in this session and that I do not have any contraindications, or I have consulted with my healthcare provider and been cleared for participation.

3. Contraindications

I confirm that I do not have any of the following conditions, or I have been cleared by a healthcare provider to participate:

• Cardiovascular disease or heart conditions

• Uncontrolled high blood pressure

• Glaucoma or detached retina

• Recent surgery or physical injury

• Epilepsy or a history of seizures

• Severe mental health disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder)

• Asthma (unless I have my inhaler present)

• Pregnancy

• Use of heavy medications or substances that affect consciousness

4. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in this breathwork session is voluntary, and I accept full responsibility for any physical, mental, or emotional outcomes that may result.

5. Release of Liability

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own well-being during the session and agree that Amber and The Hundred, along with its staff, are not liable for any outcomes related to my participation in this breathwork session.
