**Session Times:** 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

(Limited spaces; up to 6 people per night bookings essential)

**Studio Features:**

New Healing Room: A serene environment with Shane Downing to nurture your mind, body, and soul.

* Has its own Client Studio bathroom and On/Off Street Parking is available

Weekly/Monthly offerings (up to 2 hours)

**Week 1 of the month:** Healing Circle with like minded individuals. Shamanic Sound Journeys with crystal bowls and Instruments for relaxation.

**Week 3 of the month:** SPIRITUS Breathwork, with Shamanic Energy, Sound Movement, and cacao to support emotional healing and nervous system restoration. ***Contraindications to Breathwork Only Apply***.

Both modalities will support you work through the following:
