A Grounding Restorative Yoga practice at the Lovelight Temple in Margate.

Self discovery through the physical body, aimed at nurturing a deeper connection to self whilst supporting your immune system, mental clarity and calming the nervous system.

Empowering you to come back to a sense of wholeness and create harmony in the body.

Please bring an open heart, your yoga mat and water bottle.

We start at 7am till 8am.
