🪷LAST EVENT FOR THE YEAR🪷

💖 What a year it’s been for all of us💫

If you’re feeling like things are getting faster and busier, and you’re needing some grounding, connection and a reset, I’d love to see you at my next Shamanic Sound Healing Night 😇✨

🌟 This will be our LAST ONE FOR THE YEAR, so lets to slow down together, recharge reset and give yourself some much-needed time and space before the Christmas season begins🎄💫

Its a Wednesday night so its he perfect midweek tune-up🥰💫

I know life just seems to be getting busier and busier

I also know from my own experience how important it is to slow down and take space for ourselves even in the middle of all the busyness and chaos🫶

Its so easy to get so caught up in everything we’re doing that we forget to stop breathe and reconnect with ourselves🌬️💖

✨ This will be a perfect place let go of what you’ve been carrying and surrender and let yourself simply BE🥰✨

🌿 WHAT TO EXPECT 💫

Our 2-hours journey will start with an opening where we’ll connect ground and set intentions together🙏✨

You’ll then be guided through a deeply relaxing one-hour sound and shamanic healing journey with Violet Heart our awesome sound healer and myself combining soothing sound frequencies with intuitive energy healing to help you relax restore balance and create space for emotional release. 🎶💜🌸

We’ll close the night with time for reflection sharing and integration before heading home feeling lighter calmer and more connected. 🌙✨
