Evan’s Queanbeyan based company, Dunstone Design Global, is at the cutting edge of Australian craft-based furniture manufacture. Evan has trained and/or employed several of Australia’s leading young makers including Alex MacFarlane, the late William Bayliss and Rolf Barfoed. Dunstone Design is one of only a handful of commercially viable Australian workshops that makes exclusively their own designs.
Dunstone Design Global’s facilities include a showroom, machine room, handwork area, oiling room, dedicated sanding room and an extensive collection of fine timbers. Each year Evan runs a small number of Masterclasses at the Dunstone Design workshop including a Production Masterclass, Design and Development and Summer Handtools.
