In this circle Rheanna will provide a safe container and carefully curated playlist. She will hold space for you to explore the wonders that exist just outside your default operating consciousness. She will support you to move through the different stages of the breath cycle and grounding upon your return.

Through your breath, we will introduce a gentle, non-ordinary state of consciousness. Breathwork offers a safe, legal and sustainable pathway to non-ordinary states. Practice within these states allows the mind to exercise flexibility, increased neural connectivity and somatic safety.

Our brains are wired into habitual programming through conditioning – this is part of the human experience. Through non-ordinary states work, we can explore and widen these neural patterns making space for endless possibilities.

In a breathwork journey it is easier to maintain your grounding within your somatic experience as compared to plant medicine journeys. This allows for cultivating more presence in the body and easier access to the insights received upon return. The breath cycle is always in your reach and is anywhere between 1-3 hours.

These investments in self will help to further develop the mind body connection needed for adequate preparation and integration practices.

This journey will close with time for grounding and sharing. I will offer integration practices that intersect with psychedelic integration tools.

Breathwork practice is not recommended in the following conditions: pregnancy, epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, high inner eye pressure, clinical anxiety or panic attacks, psychosis, a history of stroke, recent surgery (wounds, broken bones still healing).

Bring a water bottle, blanket and pillow for your comfort while lying on the floor.

Inspiration Space is located at U1 885 Beauford Street, Inglewood; however, the entrance faces Ninth Avenue beside the post office. The space has no stairs and is easily accessible. Please let us know if you require additional assistance; we are always happy to help.

Street parking around Inspiration Space is free from 6pm, and plenty of parking is behind Beaufort Street retail outlets.
