Our Sound healing session helps you quiet the mind so you can listen with your entire being. You will be offered smudging at the start to cleanse your aura, guided meditation to ground and essential oils to heighten your meditative state, and gongs, crystal bowls, rainsticks, flute and chimes to take you into the theta state.

We will welcome you to Inspiration Space Wednesday 18th October for a timely start at 6.00 pm and completion by 8.00 pm. Please be mindful of timings, as late arrivals can disrupt the space.

Special requirements

We will be sitting on cushions on the floor. You are welcome to bring your favourite cushion; otherwise, we have plenty of bolsters and cushions. Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes to ensure your comfort.

Inspiration Space is located at U1 885 Beauford Street, Inglewood; however, the entrance faces Ninth Avenue beside the post office. The space has no stairs and is easily accessible. Please let us know if you require additional assistance; we are always happy to help.

Street parking around Inspiration Space is free from 6 pm, and plenty of parking is behind Beaufort Street retail outlets.
