Cat will begin the session by settling everyone in with a restorative meditation and clearing, creating the perfect atmosphere for self-reflection and creativity. Afterward, you'll have the opportunity to join Cat in some playful creative journaling. The best part? No prior experience is necessary, making this event accessible to everyone.

We encourage you to come with an open heart and a curious mind. This event is all about self-discovery and self-care, and we believe you'll leave with a sense of rejuvenation and newfound inspiration.

Please bring a pen, clipboard or something to press on, like a journal.

Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes to ensure your comfort and come with an open heart and mind.

Inspiration Space is located at U1 885 Beauford Street, Inglewood; however, the entrance faces Ninth Avenue beside the post office. The space has no stairs and is easily accessible. Please let us know if you require additional assistance; we are always happy to help.

Street parking around Inspiration Space is free from 6 pm, and plenty of parking is behind Beaufort Street retail outlets.
