Wednesday Wellness is back!
What time to arrive: Classes run from 8am to 8:45. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Those arriving after 8am may not be able to participate (dependant on the discipline).
What will we be doing: Disciplines vary each week and include yoga, strength training, Pilates, meditation and Tai Chi. The name of the discipline you have booked in for this week is in the event title. The classes are free to all local residents and are suitable for all levels of experience, from absolute beginners up, and the instructors will cater for various intensity levels.
What to bring: Dependant on the class, you may wish to bring a yoga/pilates mat (these are not provided), reusable water bottle etc.
Please also bring a phone to check in via the NSW App.
Bookings: Bookings essential via The Coal Loader Humanitix ONLY. Bookings are generally available one week in advance for the next class.
Bookings are non-transferable as we MUST have the correct info for each participant to comply with COVID regulations.

Classes strictly limited and socially distanced to comply with safety guidelines.
PLEASE NOTE: As spaces are tightly limited please only book a space if you know you can attend. If you later find out that you are unable to attend for any reason, please cancel your ticket ASAP to enable someone else to attend.
No-shows, who have not cancelled in advance of the class (with the exception of medical emergencies) may be prevented from booking future classes.
COVID Advice:
This is a COVID-safe event.
If you are feeling unwell with COVID symptoms in the lead-up to the class, please follow the NSW Health advice and release your booking (see your receipt for details).
Please do not book in/attend the class if you have recently been in contact with someone with COVID.
Please keep 1.5m distance from other participants on the day.
