    Come along to the Coal Loader for a special parents and bubs wellness session! Join experienced instructor Pamela on a series of guided moves designed especially for parents and their babies.  Stretch, move, play and bond with your baby in the beautiful surrounds of the Coal Loader. This class is designed for non-mobile babies. 

    What time to arrive: Meet at the Genia McCaffrey Centre for Sustainability. Please arrive on time to have your name ticked off the list and hear the briefing. 
    This class run from 10.30 am to 11.30 am.  Free 4-hour parking is available on Balls Head Drive and Waterhen Drive or there are places to park your pram near the class.

    We know life is unpredictable with a bub but please do cancel your ticket if you can't make it - simply head to your ticket via Humanitix and click "edit order" to go to the refunds page.

    What to bring: Please BYO a yoga/Pilates mat, sun protection, extra towel or padded mat for bub, reusable water bottle etc. No need to print a ticket, you will be digitally checked in on the day.

    What will we be doing: The classes are free to all local residents and are suitable for all levels of experience, from absolute beginners up, and the instructors will cater for various intensity levels. There will be lots of new parents in the room so please speak to Pamela before the course starts if you have any concerns or if you are healing.

    In wet weather: In the case of rain showers into one of the meeting rooms on the top level.
