Finding your tribe isn’t always easy, especially if you’re looking for one that feels safe, grounded, and real.

That’s exactly why our Wednesday Women's Circle exists.

This is a consistent gathering space for women to come together midweek and reconnect, not only with their true, wild and wonderful selves, but with other women who are also seeking depth, honesty, and community. 

Through shared ritual, reflection, and conversation, we create the kind of connection that feels nourishing.

Each session centres on a particular theme helping us intentionally build the foundations of connection and belonging.

Gatherings include relaxing meditation, reflective prompts, simple rituals, activities aligned with the theme, and space for open, heart-led conversations.

🌹 About Your Guide

Catherine facilitates women’s circles with warmth and steadiness, creating spaces where participants can feel seen, supported, and at ease in community. She is a behavioural scientist as well as deeply rooted in spiritual and meditative practices, and integrates these to create a safe space.
