Weekly gentle all ages yoga classes every Wednesday morning at Pacific Pines Community Centre

Beginner to advanced yoga practitioners welcome, there will be modifications for any challenging postures available so that everyone can have their own unique yoga experience.

Please note - no class running on Wednesday 27th November and Wednesday 11th December 2024

Eva discovered yoga during a period of burnout and injury, a transformative 'health awakening' that redirected her from a fast-paced lifestyle in the music industry. As her body sent increasingly powerful messages, Eva delved into holistic methods to relieve tension, drawing from her background in music. Now, she shares her healing journey through yoga, sound, meditation, breathwork, and voice.

Colourful, philosophically introspective, and occasionally cheeky, Eva brings a heartfelt connection and evident gratitude to her practice, which has a tendency of rubbing off. Fascinated by cultivating alternate states of consciousness through her
holistic toolkit, Eva's classes are a ceremonial journey—an opportunity to connect deeply with oneself through the silent language of observation.

Eva teaches a variety of yoga styles, specialising in Vinyasa and Yin. She also offers transformative sound baths as a multi-instrumentalist and overtone singer.
