Nationally renowned singer-songwriter Stella Donnelly is working with Wild At Heart to facilitate five weeks of songwriting workshops for people with disabilities, neurodivergence, and/or mental or chronic illness. The artist, known for her inviting charm, razor-sharp wit, and authentically raw songs, will provide workshop participants with a wealth of guidance and inspiration informed by her career as a professional songwriter.

*You do not need to have attended previous workshops to participate

WORKSHOP #7 / LETTER TO YOUR YOUNGER SELF
What advice would you give your younger self? What life lessons would you share with your younger self? In this workshop we’ll be approaching songwriting with prompts that inspire self reflection, consider past feelings and acknowledge new strengths and learning.

*STRICTLY LIMITED TO 20 PEOPLE PER SESSION*

- This workshop will be live-streamed via Zoom.
- The venue is wheelchair accessible, with 2 accessible parking spots and other free parking.
- Fidgets and other sensory tools are very welcome. Some communal tools are available to borrow.
