The RWN Women’s Wellbeing Workshops are designed to empower women in regional, rural and remote NSW with wellbeing-focused skills training.
The program, in partnership with the Rural Adversity Mental Health Program (RAMHP), is tailored for rural women and focuses on:

Understanding stress and how it can impact rural women
Recognising how women may manage and respond to stress
Exploring values and how they impact wellbeing
Defining self-care, assessing the effectiveness of strategies, and learning how to develop an action plan

Managing your mental load is critical and has a ripple effect on relationships, families, and communities.

This one-day workshop is free, but spaces are limited. Register to secure your spot.
Please note, tickets are non-transferable. Minimum numbers are required for workshop to run.

Registration includes light lunch and refreshments.
