Blokes. Burgers. Backyard.
A chance for local blokes to come together for a yarn on the lawn in someones backyard.

Hey there 👋, my name is Franco and I'm a local in Piara Waters.

I'm a Husband, Dad & Entrepreneur (I run a startup called SpacetoCo).
Life gets busy, and us blokes are normally pretty hopeless at saying anything more than 'G'day' to each other. If Covid has taught me one thing, it's about learning how to slow down and appreciate the people in your local community.

This is a chance to meet your neighbour, have a laugh, and enjoy a homemade burger cooked by a local bloke.

The $10 covers the cost for a burger 🍔 (or two).
Any money left over goes to into the next event, where I'll eventually hold a free event (free burgers woop woop!)
BYO Drinks.

Instead of cash, I've put the ticket sales up onto Humanitix because:
a) I'm personally hopeless at ever having cash on me. Paypass is real 👍 .
b) If you pay up front, you're more likely to still turn up, which helps with catering. Us blokes are hopeless at RSVP's 😜 .
c) Humantix donate their booking fee to charity 👌 .

I've called it 'Weed & Feed'...Why?
Well the entrepreneur in me hopes that this will one day grow to be sponsored by Yates Weed 'n' Feed 🤞.
The Weed part represents the typical Aussie blokes best attempt at growing grass....which usually turns into mostly weeds 🌱🤦‍♂️.
And the Feed part is all about a good burger.

I've limited the tickets to 20. If you have a mate, why not shout them a ticket and ask them to come along?

This event is open to local blokes in Piara Waters/Harrisdale and the neighbouring suburbs.

Note: Full location details will be sent out once tickets have been confirmed.
