Weed eating - the nourishing kind

Join Sally Rees, from Natural Nosh, in this edible weed walk.

We will look at the 10 most common edible weeds, learning about their nutrition, growing habits, and how to use them in your kitchen. Knowing about and eating more nutritious weeds can cut down on food costs and waste in the kitchen, and also bring some variety to your meals. 

A few tasters will be available for sampling. Notes will be supplied. Please bring a camera, note pad, and pen. The event will go ahead in wet or fine weather.
