Weeding bee/site prep at Francis Reserve

Building on the success of Wellpark Reserve, Urban Ark - Manawa Taiao and the locals are keen to turn attention to planting out nearby Francis Reserve, but first we need to prepare the site by removing pest plants.

Urban Ark will provide gloves, tools and guidance. Waitemata Local Board fund the plants.

All we need now is community muscle, so please join us! It's a great chance to connect with your neighbours and other locals. Refreshments provided when the mahi is done!

Please Register: if you plan to attend so we can plan how much gear and catering to bring.

Bring: Sturdy footwear, water bottle.
