Kristina Schmid, founder of Team KJ Adventures, will guide you through hands-on meal prep to take into the great outdoors for a weekend adventure.

Spanning every meal from Friday night through Sunday morning, you'll leave with a meal plan to cover the whole camping weekend.

We will prepare a meal to enjoy during class, as well as one to take home.

We'll cover outdoor food safety, hacks for a better cooler-packing experience, ideas for your own custom menu, and more!

By the end of this class, you'll be equipped with the skills to meal prep for a weekend camping adventure!

Team KJ Adventures, Kristina and Jason Schmid, have been backpacking and camping across the country for over 15 years. Kristina has countless food allergies and is lactose sensitive, making many pre-packaged meals, literally, dangerous. Over the years, Kristina and Jason have perfected delicious, curated outdoor adventure snacks, meals, and desserts. They have taught countless trainings in their corporate life and provide outdoor education through the City of Star Recreation and Eagle Parks and Recreation.
