Join me via Zoom for a beautiful guided meditation to relax and restore.

Get yourself settled and cosy with your favourite props (optional):

  • yoga mat 
  • crystals
  • salt lamp
  • cushions, bolster, blanket
  • aromatherapy 
  • eye mask/pillow 
  • favourite meditation music 
  • anything that will support you in your relaxation

Then simply let go and be guided by my voice to switch off and truly go within. This will give you an opportunity to escape for 20 minutes on a guided adventure and return feeling fully refreshed, recharged and able to navigate this current situation with more clarity and ease.
