Join us for our Saturday morning full RESET series!

Learn the full RESET framework of specific body-breath-mind wellbeing strategies - yoga sequences with asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and meditation.

Class 1: RESET Yoga * 9am - 10am

Class 2: RESET & Relax * 10.15 - 11.15am

RESET is a carefully curated body-breath-mind wellbeing framework for all who wish to learn and build a self-care routine to support life.
You will receive an information email and a zoom link prior to each RESET session.

'Each RESET & Relax session is a lovely retreat that I look forward to. Sessions are gently and joyfully led creating a positive and supportive environment.
