We stay at a cozy and modern beach front property, located at Kaikōura's South Bay with a direct view of its beautiful coastline from the mountains to the sea, made for you to unwind and reconnect to nature.

Our retreat offers a wide range of pursuits to help you rejuvenate and relax. We begin our day with a moment of silence, expressing gratitude and intention. Yoga, meditation and breathwork will nourish your mind, body and soul while our plant-based menu and ceremonial cacao will nurture you throughout your stay and will leave you feeling satisfied and energized. We explore the breathtaking coastline of Kaikōura, taking a intentional walks spotting local seals and humpback whales migrating through Kaikōura. We connect and immerse with the spirit of the whale, opening up for connection and guidance. We close the weekend heading out to the open ocean with Whale Watching Kaikoura where we'll get close and personal with the whales witnessing their essence and mastery of the breath.
We open and close our retreat in circle, honouring each other and ourselves.
