WEEKEND WELLNESS RETREAT AT BLUEGUM

We are excited to announce our first retreat for 2022! What better way to start the year than getting out of the city and immersing yourself in a healing retreat set amongst the mountains bushland.

Bluegum Retreat is a beautiful newly-renovated property located in the mid Blue Mountains, only 1hr 20 mins from Sydney CBD. It offers a private peaceful bush outlook where native birds come right up to you if you feed them. Relax and sit down in nature on the large deck or in the garden area, soak in the large heated spa pool, read a book or enjoy a freshly brewed tea in the multiple sitting areas, or mingle with the other guests. Accommodation consists of private as well as shared rooms, there are 2 bathrooms and the King Room has its own ensuite as well. There is a large event room for our activities, and all meals are inclusive and plant-based.

Your friendly hosts, Danielle and Gary, will be facilitating your weekend wellness retreat. Over the course of these few days you will have the opportunity to experience a connection circle, early morning sunrise breakfast at Hawkesbury lookout, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, sacred cacao, dance experience, movie night, bushwalking and more. Massages will also be available (at an additional cost).

ITINERARY:

Friday:

5pm - Check-in and free time to relax, mingle, nibbles/tea/coffee
7pm - Welcome to Land/ Relaxation Meditation 20 min
8 pm - . Light dinner

Saturday:

6am - Sunrise breakfast at Hawkesbury Heights (or sleep in!)
Morning - Free time or receive a massage
12 pm - Lunch
1 pm - Discovery circle (Talk about life/sharing)
2 pm - Body work/Movement barefoot on the grass
3 pm - Afternoon tea
Afternoon - Free time or receive a massage
6pm - Freedom dance experience
6:30 pm Event: Breathwork/Sound Journey with Shamanic Drumming
8 pm - Dinner
9 pm - Movie: "Fantastic Fungi"

Sunday:
From 6am: Breakfast
11am - Sacred Cacao and Closing Circle
12 pm - Lunch
1pm - Optional bushwalk at a local trail

OPTIONAL EXTRAS:

- Stay for dinner on Sunday night $20

- Sleep Sunday night with late morning check out on Monday ($ depends on room booked)

- Massage will be available in a limited number of time slots and is first in first served. Bookings can be made once retreat is booked and paid or at the retreat. Offerings: Remedial or aromatherapy - 45 mins $85
