Event description

This session is designed to assist employers in their
understanding of weekly benefits work capacity
assessments. Participants will learn about the relevant
sections of the Act including total incapacity, partial
incapacity, claiming weekly benefits, contributing factors
to increasing claim costs and controlling premiums. It also
provides detail around work capacity assessments and their
role within icare NSW Scheme
