Tue, 18 Feb, 1pm - 6 May, 2:30pm AEDT

Event description

You are welcome and warmly invited to participate whether your grief is long past, emergent or recent.

Join our Feb 18, 2025 group as we set an intention to create safety, containment and embark on a 12 week grief journey together.

We will be connecting online (Zoom) every Tuesday at 1pm AEST, to share, explore and tend the multiplicity of grief/s we carry.

If 1pm AEST/NSW doesn't suit, please contact me hello@beforeandafterlife.com.au for an alternative group time.

We will engage in group process, poetry, writing, language framing, micro rituals; we will access our imaginations and explore the collective knowledge and wisdom that gathers. If you wish to deepen your experience, there will be references to readings, books, links, clips to watch and ritual invitations for your week.

The nature of grief is intimate and personal, we will be sharing together private and tender material so these sessions will not be recorded.

I would love your company, hope to see you on screen soon.
