Event description

Allow yourself the gift of space to be, to reflect and to connect within.  

The meditation group is limited to 10 people to allow time for group reflection and connection at the end of the session.  The guided meditation will run for around 35-40 minutes and providing you with an opportunity to look within yourself, to gain insight and develop yourself.  

Chairs will be provided for the meditation.  Please bring cushions and warm clothing for your comfort.

Open to all levels of meditation and mindfulness seekers, but no experience is necessary.
