What to bring:

A yoga mat
A light blanket
Water
An open heart and mind
A blanket or bolster for underneath your knees for comfort

No experience with meditation or sound healing needed—just a willingness to show up.

Can pay $20 cash at the door. It just means I won’t be able to contact you if anything changes due to unforeseen circumstance.
