MINDFUL MONDAYS

Mindful Mondays are a reoccurring womens event that happens weekly at 10am and fortnightly on a Monday Night 7pm at the North of the Hill HQ or in Nature pending the weather.

10am to 11.30am (The session goes for 1 hour, but I like to give 30 mins extra incase we go overtime and have some deeper chats)

Mindful Mondays is a relaxed event.

Its all about connection through:

community
heart felt conversations
a space to feel safe
meditation
shamanic journeying
group energy healing and sound.

I will intuitively flow and do what is needed for the collective of the group on the day.
