Thank you so much for booking a mat for your "A Sanctuary with Soul" weekly nourishing sound healing meditation session. Time is all we have & I am so grateful that you choose to spend your precious time with us.

The weekly sound healing sessions allow time for you to settle in, find stillness, recieve healing from the crystal sound bowls & the reiki offered. We conclude the session with tea & bliss bites.

No need to bring anything except perhaps warm clothes for the cooler months, as the studio can cool down, even with the heater!!

If you have selected the Pay on the Day option. Cash is preferred. See you on the mat.
