A weekly ritual for deep healing & receptivity.

Every Monday night at Yukti, join yoga & meditation teacher Jac Keleher for Yin Yoga classes based on the 5 Elements of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine). Each class will explore the elements, seasons, organs, emotions and energy channels (meridians) - with the intention of harmonising the flow of energy (Qi) through all the internal rivers.

These classes will educate you into the empowerment of your own self-healing, and is for anyone looking to rest & restore, regulate their nervous system, and invite more peace and spaciousness into their daily life.

As we explore deeper the functioning of both our physical and energetic body and our understanding of the cycles of nature, we can harness our practice into being something that has an incredible capacity to heal ourselves into a state of wholeness.
