Join Sarah & Nicole every Sunday afternoon from 4:30pm-5:30pm for a relaxing sunset yoga session in Nelson Park at Alexandra Headland. This class is suited for all levels of experience, and beginners are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Please note that in order to ensure the longevity of this community class and support the weekly efforts of our teachers, 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 $𝟭𝟬 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀. If you are struggling financially and unable to cover this cost in order to attend, please feel free to discuss this with either Sarah or Nicole.

Sarah and Nicole are 200 hour Rocket Vinyasa & 50 hour Yin Yoga teachers. They are both keen Yogis and love to share Yoga with as many people as possible. Yoga helps to cultivate health and wellbeing on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level!
