Weight Loss Hypnosis Half Day Retreat
Event description
A common problem I see with weight loss is unconscious patterns and beliefs stopping someone from achieving a result.
This looks like;
- not stopping when full
- eating when not hungry,
- mostly eating comfort foods like carbs and sugar
- lacking motivation to change
- emotions determining what you eat
- being influenced by what others are eating around you
- not feeling physically great after your meal
The great news is, all these patterns can be changed and reprogrammed and the best way ive found to do that is with hypnosis.
Hypnotherapy has a 93% success rate with fewer sessions needed than both psychotherapy and behavioural therapy.
This is because hypnotherapy addresses the unconscious mind directly which is more powerful than trying to make change at a conscious level.
Outcome
Your mind will believe it’s been through a gastric band surgery and your relationship with food and how your body processes food will change at the level of the mind.
There’s a month of support and several take home Hypnosis recordings as you continue the process of naturally releasing weight for 2-3 months after the retreat.
This event is perfect for releasing up to 10kg in 2 to 3 months and more over a longer space of time.
Its natural, safe, easy and effective.
