WELCOME DINNER FOR EAST TIMOR CHOIR
KORU LIAN TIMOR is a choir from Natarbora and Maliana, two remote regional areas of Timor-Leste, under the direction of Conductor, Tarcisio Amaral and Director, Ego Lemos.
From Friday 28th April until Friday 5th May, KORU LIAN TIMOR will be in the Bega Valley for a series of community concerts and school visits. They will be collaborating with local choirs as well as continuing strong friendships between all of our communities.
To welcome the choir members to the Bega Valley there will be a dinner for supporters and friends of the BVATL, as well as members of the Bega Valley choir which visited East Timor in 2019. And, of course, we will be getting a taste of the music that will be enjoyed at the concerts where the choir will perform.
Numbers are limited so please book your tickets as soon as possible.
Please arrive from 5:30 pm onwards for a 6:00 pm start.
BYO drinks. Water and glasses will be provided.
