Event Overview:

Join us in sacred space for this beautiful experience of inner connection, healing, and self-love, clearing the external noise and coming home to your heart. This event invites you to cultivate inner peace, reconnect with your true self, and embrace the nurturing and heart opening qualities of cacao, alongside the transformative power of the breath.

This is an opportunity to slow down, tune in, let go of your thinking mind and reconnect with your intuition by dropping into a deeply relaxed and meditative state throughout this time together.

What to Expect:

Cacao Opening Invocations:
We will begin our journey by opening the space, welcoming the elements, directions and spirit of Mama Cacao before drinking with presence and intention. Awaken your senses and prepare your heart for the experience ahead.

Intuitive movement &/or mantra:

Depending on the space we will either journey with a mantra to enhance your meditation and clear energy, and/or some intuitive movement to support release of physical tension.

Guided Breathwork:
This gentle breathwork is designed to slow brain frequencies and calm your nervous system, so that you can open to intuitive insights. The breathwork will be approximately 20 minutes, made up of 2 rounds with a breath-hold at the end of each. This is not a trauma release breathwork and is accessible for everyone.

Guided Meditation Journey:
In this open and receptive state you can completely let go and relax and be taken on a meditation journey to receive the wisdom of your heart.

Closing & Shares:

We will close this journey together, with thanks for all that has been received and allow space for any shares to support your integration.

During this time you have the opportunity to:

- Experience deeper states of self-love and inner connection

- Release trapped emotions for more overall ease and wellbeing

- Connect with Spirit guides, ancestors or other Spirit helpers

- Receive guidance on your path forwards

- Cultivate deep states of peace, presence and clarity

- Be with yourself and anything that arises, knowing you are held in sacred space

- Come home to the deeper parts of yourself

Who Is This For?

This event is open to anyone who wants to deepen their connection with themselves and take some time to slow down and tune inwards—whether you're new to cacao and breathwork or have prior experience. All you need is an open heart and a willingness to explore. If you feel the call, I trust there is something here for you.

Cacao Mug
Something to lie on like yoga mat/blanket (bolsters & spare blankets available)
Journal & pen: Bring a journal to capture insights and reflections throughout the journey.
Water bottle

Wear:

Comfortable clothing for periods of sitting, movement and lying down

Parking:

Parking is at the rear of Soul Space, please park as close together as possible and leave the space in front of the garage and driveway free.

Extra parking is available on the road opposite entrance.

Donation:

10% of profits from this event will be donated to help to save Montegrande, the worlds oldest cacao temple in Peru and continue the preservation of ancient artefacts relating to cacao culture.
