Welcome Home Deerfields 2024
Event description
Welcome Home is a burn-like event. We insist on you being a participant — Your art, performances, workshops, theme camps and any other interactive activities are encouraged.
To have a vehicle on site at Deerfields, a parking pass must be purchased along with a general admission ticket.
Please note:
- Each vehicle needs only one type of parking pass. Your tow vehicle and tow behind count as one vehicle.
- If participants are camping in both the tow vehicle and tow behind then a pass will be required for both.
- Parking passes will allow you to drive to your campsite (if permissible) during daylight hours to load/unload (an escort is required during certain event hours). Then you will park in the designated parking area.
- Trailers will be parked based on each trailer's size and circumstance by an authorized team member (inquire at gate check-in).
!!!!! IF YOU PARK WHERE YOU ARE NOT SUPOSE TO YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED AT YOUR EXPENSE !!!!!
If you are sleeping in a passenger car, pickup truck, mini van, and keeping it at your campsite then you are only required to have a car camping (parking) pass.
If you have an RV, travel trailer, conversion van, converted trailer 24' and under then you are only required to have a small RV (parking) pass. Under 24'.
If you have an RV, travel trailer, bus, converted whatever over 24' then you are only required to have a Large RV (parking) pass.
There are NO electrical-water-sewer hook ups for RVs at Deerfields.
NO L O U D generators.
Deerfields has asked that re-entry be extremely limited, so please pack accordingly and plan to stay for the duration of the event. If you have to leave and come back in for any reason, it must during gate hours and a re-entry pass must be purchased from the gate before leaving. Re-entry passes cost $40 per re-entry.
Gate hours will be as follows:
- Wednesday: Registered theme camp builders and art builders only 11 AM-6 PM
- Thursday: 10 AM-8:30 PM
- Friday: 10 AM-8:30 PM
- Saturday: 11 AM-1 PM
No vehicles will be allowed to move within Deerfields after dark. Please plan accordingly.
You must be offsite by noon on July 8th.
Please do not attempt to enter Deerfields outside of gate hours — you will be escorted off the property.
Any cars parked and left outside the electronic gates will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Ticket transfers are to be completed at your own risk. Each ticket will be scanned upon entry and is only good for one entry. Again, buying resale tickets is done at your own risk.
This is a 21 and up event
