Welcome Home Yoga (RCH Fundraiser)

Join Kerry and Mia, yoga teaching mother and daughter duo for an afternoon of yoga bliss!

Across 1.5 hours, the pair will guide you through gentle movement, yin shapes (option for hands on assists) with a 30 minute sound bath to conclude the session.

This is a donation based class. All of the proceeds will go to the Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne (RCH). This fundraiser is in honour of Sophie Ellis, daughter of Kerry Dawson and Mark Ellis. The RCH played an integral role in Sophie's life. Join us to honour Sophie's memory and give thanks to the RCH community.

What will we do?

• 30 min slow flow

• 30 min yin

• 30 min sound bath

What do I bring?

Mats, blocks & bolsters are provided (Can BYO personal mat).

How can I get to the studio?

If you're driving:

• IGA West Footscray Car Park (a 2 minute walk from the studio).

• On street parking - Barkly Street, Blandford Street.

  (PLEASE ALLOW TIME FOR PARKING)

If you're taking public transport:

• The 220 bus will drop you off 20m from the studio right on Barkley Street.

• West Footscray station is just a 15 minute walk from the studio.

How much should I donate?

$5 minimum donation fee.

What if I can no longer attend?

Please let us know by sending us an email at welcomehomeyogaa@gmail.com. The earlier you can let us know the better. It will allow ample time for waitlist members to be notified that a ticket has become available.
