Join Tourism Western Australia in partnership with the Margaret River Busselton Tourism Association for an industry workshop, Welcome to Cruise. This coincides with the scheduled visit by Princess Cruises’ Crown Princess (3,080 passengers) to Busselton the following day.
Led by industry expert Jason Gelineau, with support from Jay McKenzie, CEO/Owner of Bob Wood Cruise Group, the session will cover:
Understanding and meeting cruise line and passenger expectations
How cruise lines operate shore excursion programs
Maximising business and community benefits from cruise tourism
Cruise lines consider unique landside visits an integral element of the overall cruise experience, and this event will provide insights into successfully servicing the cruise market.
Refreshments will be provided on arrival.
