Welcome to the Jungle!

The city is not the same, are you?

What gifts, medicine, learning from lockdown are moving you forward into future you?

Isolation reveals our true nature and she is invited to bring you to the dance. Can nature lead you? Can your wild nature move you? Can your wildness evolve you?

May this dance be a Ceremony celebrating Wildness into your everyday with reverence and flow, responsibility and freedom.

5Rhythms® is a dance of deep surrender, a moving prayer, a medicinal prescription of furious dancing for these graphic times.
