Join professor and artist Dr Spencer Harvie as he presents moving images and key texts shaping his Platform 2026 project. Projected onto the big screen at the IMA, Harvie will queue artist shorts and found web clips influential to his practice.
Between screenings, Harvie will offer commentary and readings drawn from theory, fiction, his doctoral research, and personal diaries. This performative show-and-tell traces the influence of niche online cultures on Harvie’s life and zany aesthetic sensibility.
