The Welcoming Australia Symposium brings together international, national and local practitioners, policy-makers, researchers, business innovators and civic leaders to share and discuss the challenges, benefits and opportunities of migration, settlement, cultural diversity and inclusion.

20 May 2026 - 9:00 - 4:30 - Symposium Day 1
21 May 2026 - 8.30am - 4.30pm - Symposium Day 2
Two-day event featuring international guest speakers, presentations on leading practice and panel discussions. All tickets include tickets to the Opening Reception including the presentation of Welcoming Cities Awards and Welcoming Australia Medal.
The event is catered and dietary requirements can be specified in the registration process.
