On this auspicious date of 11/11, bathe in the harmonising, soothing sounds of Tania’s Crystal Bowls and Anna’s Crystal Harp and Pyramids to gently, delicately welcome in the New.

While relaxing in your sound bath, you will also be offered an exclusive (optional) moment with Tania to receive her unique “Touch of Light” gentle hands, to assist your body integrating, enlightening and welcoming in what is here and New coming in for you.

✨ reconnect and align with your innate Light through bathing in the harmonising frequencies of the crystal instruments

✨connect and tune into the New - the pure potential of the beautiful gifts life has in store for you through VoxAnna's unique “LifeTones”

✨ integrate the New fluidly in your body assisted by Tania's Touch of Light hands on treatments.

All while resting, bathing, receiving, and coming back home to You.

We will guide you through the evening where you can lie down, sit or be in a comfortable position for you.

Anna will sing and tone, play her Crystal Harp and Pyramids.

Tania will play her Crystal Bowls and add a gentle Touch of Light through her hands if you would like to receive it.

6:15-6:30pm: Gather and settle.

6:30pm: Welcome & Introduction, followed by a Meditation leading seamlessly into the toning and playing of the Crystal Sounds.
Part way through you will have the opportunity to indicate if you would like to receive a hands on Touch of Light energy treatment each too.

8-8:30pm. Short meditation to conclude Sound Bath experience by 8:30pm.

WHAT TO BRING:

* Yoga Mat

* Blanket and warm socks if it’s cool (there is a heatpump if needed, and depending on the weather you might also like a blanket to keep you comfortable and relaxed during your Sound Bath experience)

* Water or beverage of choice for hydration on your way home (your cells are in reset mode during and after a Sound Bath, just as they are during and after any treatment, so hydration and nourishment afterwards are key)
