WELCOMING THE SACRED

An Immersive Conscious Breathing Journey

BREATHE • RELEASE • TRANSFORM

Join Daniel from Seventh Son Energy Healing for an intimate and immersive journey into conscious breathing, self-exploration and energetic healing.

This workshop offers a space to step away from everyday distractions and explore the transformative potential of the breath.

Through guided meditation, conscious breathing and sound frequency healing, you'll be gently guided through an experience designed to encourage relaxation, emotional awareness, deeper self-connection and personal exploration.

An opportunity to turn inward, release emotional tension and develop a deeper awareness of your own inner experience.

THE EXPERIENCE

The 3-hour journey will include:

Guided meditation to settle the mind and connect with the body.
An introduction to conscious breathing and its relationship with the body and nervous system.
An introduction to the Energy Breathing Technique.
An immersive conscious breathing journey.
Sound and frequency healing to support relaxation.
Time for grounding, reflection and integration following the experience.

THE ENERGY BREATHING TECHNIQUE

The Energy Breathing Technique is a conscious breathing practice passed down by a grandmaster healer from Indonesia.

Combining rhythmic breathing, energetic activation and focused awareness, the practice offers an opportunity to explore the connection between breath, body and energy.

Conscious breathing may support emotional release, increased self-awareness, relaxation and a deeper connection with the body.

WHAT MAKES THIS WORKSHOP SPECIAL

In Irish folklore, the seventh son is often associated with heightened intuition, healing gifts and spiritual insight.

Drawing on his own journey of personal growth, healing and transformation, Daniel brings over a decade of personal exploration in meditation, conscious breathing and energy healing into his work.

Through Seventh Son Energy Healing, Daniel facilitates one-to-one hands-on energy healing sessions and group healing experiences, integrating conscious breathing, sound therapy, intuitive massage and guided self-exploration.

His intention is to create a grounded, compassionate and non-judgemental environment where people feel comfortable exploring their own experiences.

Whether you're new to conscious breathing or already have an established practice, you're welcome.
