Taylor Rechtschaffen, LMFT, is a spiritual and somatic oriented psychotherapist practicing in the Bay Area. She is a graduate of the California Institute for Integral Studies as well as the Internal Family Systems training program. She is a certified Feeding Your Demons facilitator with Lama Tsultrim Allione and a 25 year practitioner of Buddhist and Vedic paths of teaching. For 14 years she has immersed in study with indigenous teachers including author Martín Prechtel.
