Welcome to the Well-Read + Well-Fed Club, a new collaborative series from Reading in Public and the Culinary Annex! RinP picks a cookbook and Culinary Annex crafts a cooking class around it for the community to enjoy!
We will be kicking off this quarterly club off with The Fishwife Cookbook, where we will be trying some of the fantastic recipes included in this book, as well as menagerie of tinned fish.
The cookbook will be available for pre-purchase ahead of the class and during the class itself, Also on offer: thoughtfully-selected fiction and nonfiction complementary book pairings (optional) to get in the spirit of this quarter’s class . Receive 10% of any of the (cook)books when you purchase with your ticket.
Please bring containers to take home your leftovers :)
There is free parking on 5th St.
The Annex can be found to the left of the building, along the charming alleyway adorned with black benches.
