Well+Wise is a one-day wellbeing and sustainability expo designed to equip employees with practical tools they can implement immediately at work and in everyday life.
The event brings together trusted local providers, experts, and organisations to support healthier habits, stronger engagement, and more sustainable work practices. Employers are invited to offer attendance as part of their wellbeing toolbox, rewarding staff while investing in long-term workplace wellbeing.

- What can I expect?
You can expect a practical, engaging experience focused on real-world wellbeing and sustainability. The expo brings together a range of trusted local providers, expert speakers, and interactive sessions designed to give you tools you can use straight away.
Throughout the morning, you’ll have the opportunity to explore exhibitor stands, attend short, insightful talks, and connect with organisations offering support across areas like mental wellbeing, workplace productivity, family support, and sustainable living.
Whether you drop in for a session or stay for the full event, you’ll leave with useful ideas, helpful resources, and simple strategies to support your wellbeing at work and in everyday life.
- What if I can't commit to the whole day?
No worries. The ticket options allow for flexibity - come for 8am to 10.30am, 10.30 to 1pm, the whole day, or just for one of the speakers/exhibitors.
- Can I bring a friend?
Of course, just make sure they've registered a ticket for themselves.

You may park on the surrounding streets, and there is a public carpark parallel to Millwater Parkway (PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE STONEY HOMESTEAD CARPARK):

- Okay, but what about accessibility?
Designated accessible parking is available in the Stoney Homestead carpark, on a first-come first-served basis. Please display your Mobility Parking Permit at all times.
There is a ramp from the carpark down to the venue, with a flat, wrap-around verandah to access the entrance. If you require assistance, please call or text Simone on 021 197 9699.
Inside, Stoney Homestead is step-free and has an accessible restroom.
