Men's Wellbeing Workshop hosted by Rob from Lon Retreat, in conjunction with Men's Wellbeing Facilitator Mark Gee and Wim Hof Method Instructor, Max Rooke.

Come along for a truly unique experience with like-minded men. Mark will discuss men's mental health and the importance of men looking after one another. Leave with new strategies and understandings to support positive change.

Then let Max guide you through the world renowned breathwork and ice bath techniques made famous by the internationally famous, Wim Hof.

A guided discussion on Men's mental health hosted by Men's Wellbeing Facilitator, Mark Gee.
An overview of the Wim Hof Method by former AFL player and coach Max Rooke, followed by a deep guided breath work session and ice bath experience.

What participants need to bring:
Blanket and pillow for breathwork (mats will be provided)
Bathers and towel for ice bath
Important health considerations:
The Wim Hof Method (WHM) is not recommended for anyone that is epileptic. Anyone that has serious heart conditions or other health conditions of note are asked to speak with their physician before participating. It is also recommended that participants fast and avoid caffeine for the 2-3 hours prior to the session for best results. If you need to eat something, keep it light.
