Carers Collective invites you to another Wellbeing Circle session, a beautiful sound meditation session that will help you slow down and unwind from the busy lives we lead.
Immerse yourself in sound and experience a deep state of relaxation. Pure sounds effect change on every level of your being – physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual and this leads to balance and self-healing. A nourishing and blissful treat.
Sound Healing is a subtle but powerful modality that can create deep and long-lasting positive change.
Our mission:
We welcome all types of carers that provide unpaid care and support to family members and friends with a disability, developmental delay, mental illness, chronic health issue or age-related conditions.
More than ever, we understand the importance of looking after ourselves, but it's not always easy to find the time or the ways that work for you to do self-care.
A bit about the facilitators:
We will be facilitated by Nicole, a fellow carer, energy healer, Mindfulness Practitioner and co-founder of the Carers Collective, Nicole is deeply passionate about helping others to pursue their own path of health and wellbeing to live happy, fulfilled lives.
Sally is a fully qualified Sound Healing Practitioner and has been teaching for some years with the Sound Healing Academy (UK). She is qualified as a Biofield Tuning Practitioner and has completed Master Gong Practitioner Training, Mongolian overtone chanting and Tibetan mantra and singling bowls with Lama Tendar.
