Join Katherine for her 1-hour Well-being Practice that focuses on exercises in practical mindfulness — guiding individuals to pay attention to their thoughts, movements, and automatic actions and to alter them as needed to live a calmer, more connected lifestyle. Her practice will incorporate conscious breathing, meditation, self-massage,  stretching, body weight strength building, and restorative rest.

With over a decade of experience in wellness facilitation, Katherine's intention-driven sessions will leave you feeling taller, grounded, and profoundly peaceful, nurturing your body's natural balance and vitality.
