Yoga, Sound Healing + Clay Workshop
Time: 8:30 am – 11:00 am | When: September 13th
Free for 18–30-year-olds | All welcome — beginners included
Join us for a morning of movement, mindfulness, and creativity. Each month blends a rejuvenating yoga session with a themed craft and wellbeing activity to help you feel more grounded, connected, and inspired.
Come in comfy clothes for yoga, bring your drink bottle, and we’ll provide everything else. You can bring a buddy or come solo — there’s a friendly face waiting for you either way!

Saturday 13 September – Adaptability
Ease into the day with yoga, then immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of sound healing. Get hands-on with clay sculpting and explore ways to embrace change with more flexibility in mind and body.

What to Expect
When you arrive at Settlers Hall, you will be greeted by a Blue Leaf staff member. You will sign yourself in and can sit on any of the yoga mats. You do not need to show any tickets on arrival. The yoga class will be beginner friendly. After the yoga, you will be able to participate in a craft activity.

1. How many people attend?
We are anticipating between 8-15 people at each session.
2. Can I come by myself?
Absolutely! We encourage any and all people to attend – we will make sure you feel welcome!
3. Can I bring a support worker?
For sure. Your support worker does not have to register but they are more than welcome to join in all the activities we have on offer.
4. Is there food available?
There will be fruit to enjoy at this event but not a full meal so eat breakfast beforehand.
5. Is there parking?
There is free parking at the venue.
6. Is there public transport?
Bus route 841. Closest bus stop: Leschenault Pde After Galway Bvd
