Description

Running a business can feel isolating at times. Between juggling multiple responsibilities and wearing various hats, it's important to dedicate time to the most important part of your business: you and your wellbeing.

Adelaide Hills Tourism invites you to attend a Wellbeing Conversation, designed specifically for business owners or employees to pause, connect and reflect.

Details:

  • Date: Thursday 12 March 2026

  • Location: Cherry Bomb Cafe, 253 Lobethal Rd, Ashton

  • Timing: 9:30am - 10:30am

  • Cost: Free* - coffee/tea provided.

  • *Registration is required. Limited capacity to allow for meaningful participation.

These sessions offer an opportunity to step away from the daily demands, connect with others who truly understand the journey, and engage in meaningful conversations about mental health and wellbeing.

Across various Adelaide Hills locations, we'll gather over coffee to share experiences, explore challenges, and discuss what really matters when it comes to looking after yourself as a business owner or staff member.

Facilitator Bel Ryan, a mental health clinician with over 20 years' experience, will guide conversations through thoughtful prompts and provide structure while allowing organic discussion and authentic connection.

What You'll Experience:

  • Meaningful conversations with fellow business owners or employees who understand your journey.

  • Normalisation of common challenges and the mental load of running a business.

  • Time and space to reflect on your personal wellbeing strategies.

  • Reconnection with approaches that work for you but may have been forgotten.

  • Peer support and genuine connection within the Adelaide Hills business community.

  • Expert guidance and pathways from a qualified mental health professional.

  • Permission to pause, recharge, and prioritise your wellbeing.

Designed for: Business owners or employees across the Adelaide Hills seeking connection, support, and practical wellbeing strategies.
