Join us in celebrating all things wellness!

Hear from local experts on resilience, navigating the overwhelming world of supplements and vitamins, the 5 ways to wellbeing, and more.

Explore interactive drop-in sessions for one-on-one chats with our centre specialists. For example, if you’re curious about injectables or laser hair removal, the wonderful team from Caci Clinic will be on hand to answer your questions! Or, if you’d like to discuss your dietary needs and wellness goals, you’ll love chatting with our friendly fitness coach and nutritionist Carla from Tru | The Real You!

Get hands-on with our mini taster classes! Experience the buzz of a Hot Yoga session, discover your inner calm with Mindfulness Art, or see how fun and motivating group fitness classes can be! Feeling more adventurous? For a small donation, enjoy full-length classes in Reformer Pilates, sweat and laugh your way through a Barre class, or try SOMA Breathwork, which helps balance emotions and promote health! The perfect opportunity for trying something new!

This day is about more than wellness though—it’s about making a difference. We're raising funds for the Breast Cancer Foundation NZ, aiming to collect over $1500 to support vital education, research, and support services. With 3500 women and 25 men diagnosed with breast cancer each year in New Zealand, we want to help them get a step closer to their vision of zero deaths from breast cancer.

So, grab your mates, don your best pink outfit, and join us for a fun, inspiring day! Expect goodie bags, exclusive deals and hundreds of dollars worth of spot prizes!

Spaces are limited—secure your spot today and be part of this exciting event.

Tickets are $10 with all proceeds going directly to the Breast Cancer Foundation NZ.
